CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT - MARTIN SCHOOL EASEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of the agreement between
the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
and the South San Francisco Unified School District, a
unified school district, wherein provision is made for the
grant of an easement and certain works of grading and hauling
related to said easement, all of which are to serve the
development of the Martin School Park, be and the same is
hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of South San Francisco and
the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 5th day of February , 19 68 ,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Frank J. Bertucelli, Emilio Corte$i,
Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi
NOES, " None
