A RE$OUI~ION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
MARTIN PARK IMPROVEMENT
RESOLVED, b~ the City Council of tile City of South
San Francisco, that
WitEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice,' bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on th~. 15th day of _February , 19aR
for the work to be done and the tmprove,ne;,t to be n~de as
described and specified:
0.75 Acre Martin Park Improvement
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS OPJ)ERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bido except tlmt hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishi~ the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
_therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces ua~ed i,t their bid to wit:
Arthur "Buzz" Haskins
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a wzitten contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest [lis signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
