HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 4802-1968RESOLUTION NO. 4802 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING THE VACATION OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS - CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that: WHEREAS, certain anchor easements were dedicated to the City of South San Francisco by a certain subdivision map entitled "Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial Park Unit #1, South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California," filed for record in Book 61 of Maps at Pages 45 through 49, San Mateo County Records, and WHEREAS, said anchor easements have not been used for the purposes for which they were dedicated or acquired for five consecutive years next preceding this date, nor in fact were said easements ever used after said dedication. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that: 1. The anchor easements hereinafter described are hereby vacated and abandoned: Ail those certain public service easements used as anchor easements situate in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and desig- nated as "A.E." on that certain map entitled V'Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial Park Unit No. 1, South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California", filed for record on February 26, 1965, in Volume 61 of Maps at Pages 45 through 49, San Mateo County Records, said easements being all those anchor easements in Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, as said Lots and Block are shown on said map. 2. Said vacation and abandonment shall not release, vacate or abandon any other easements granted or in use. 3. The City Clerk record the required documents to. clear said easement from the record title. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a meeting held on the 19th day of by the following vote: regular February , 1968 , AYES, COUNCILMEN NOES, " ABSENT ," Patrick E~" Ahern, Frank J.
