CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT FROM THE
CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE COMPANY FOR
OAK AVENUE STORM DRAIN.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the easement set forth in the document
entitled "Easement Deed" whereby California Water Service
Company, a California corporation, grants to the City of
South San Francisco a drainage easement in, through, over,
across, beneath, under and upon the parcel of property
therein described, is hereby accepted and the City Clerk
is authorized to record said Resolution and acceptance in
the office of the County Recorder and execute certificates
of acceptance or any other documents necessary therefor.'
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of March
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Frank J. Bertucelli, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido 3. Rozzi
