A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PETITION
SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD FIRE SERVICE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco is the owner of a
parcel of property within the boundaries of a proposed assessment
district to be formed for the purpose of the construction of
water mains and facilities, more particularly shown on a map of
the proposed assessment district entitled "South Airport Blvd.
12" Fire Service Assessment", on file in the office of the City
Clerk;
WHEREAS, a petition for said improvements is being circu-
lated among property owners~withtn said boundaries, and in the
opinion of this Council the property of the City of South San
Francisco within said proposed district should bear its fair
share of the proposed costs and expenses of said project;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as
follows:
1o That the City execute the Petition for the Acguisi-
tion and Construction of Improvements by Special Assessment and
Assessment Bond Acts and Waiver of Proceedings under Division 4
of the Streets and Highways Code, in form this date presented
to this Council, said execution to be effective as to all par~
cels of property owned by the City within said proposed district.
2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to e~xecute said
petition on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the cot'
porate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 4th day of March, 1968, by the following
vote:
