CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE COUNCIL'S
SUPPORT OF SENATE BILL 231.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Council does hereby endorse the proposal
set forth in Semate Bill 231, which extends the controls set
forth in the McAteer-Petris Act until ninety (90) days after
the State Legislature adjourns in 1969, and the City Clerk is
authorized to forward a certified copy of this resolution to
Senator George Miller, Senator Richard Dolwig and Assemblyman
Leo Ryan.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of March , 19 68
by the following vote:
