CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DENYING APPLICATION FOR
PERMIT OF KING'S LIMO SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Gity of
South San Francisco that the Council, having considered
the application of King's Limo Service for a limousine
service permit in the City of South San Francisco, does
determine that:
1. There is reasonable cause rendering the proposed
operation undesirable and inadequate;
2. There is insufficient need or demand for the
proposed operation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does,
therefore, deny the application for permit as applied for
by King's Limo Service.
