CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
WITH NORTH SAN MATEO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of the agreement between the
City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and the
North San Marco County Sanitation District, a public corporation,
providing for the transmission of sewage received from the North
San Mateo County Sanitation District as in said agreement pro-
vided, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to
execute said agreement and the City Clerk attest his signature
thereto.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
