CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREEMENT (TO THE SECURITY AGREEMENT) RELATED TO
PARCELS 1 AND 2 IN WEST PARK UNITS 1 AND 2.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of the Supplemental Agreement
(to the Security Agreement) related to Parcels 1 and 2 in
West Park Units 1 and 2, wherein provision is made for the
refinancing of the parcels therein described and the authoriza-
tion to release said parcels from the Security Agreement
and the reconveyance of Deeds of Trust related thereto and
the making of new Deeds of Trust after said refinancing is
accomplished, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City and the
City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
