CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS IN
ACCORDANCE WITH SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT (TO THE
SECURITY AGREEMENT) RELATED TO PARCELS 1 AND 2
IN WEST PARK UNITS 1 AND 2.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Attorney be and he is hereby
authorized to execute escrow instructions to implement and
carry out the terms and conditions of the Supplemental
Agreement (to the Security Agreement) related to Parcels 1
and 2 in West Park Units 1 and 2, execution of which was
authorized on April 1, 1968.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a ~egu]~
meeting held on the 1st day of April
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahern, Frank J. Bertucellt, Emilio
Cortesi and Andrew Rocca
