CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION CORRECTING CERTAIN CLERICAL
ERRORS IN SEWER RENTAL CHARGES AND APPROVING
REFUNDS.
WHEREAS, certain clerical errors have appeared with
respect to sewer rental charges and the City Council desires
to approve the City Clerk's correction of said errors and
approve refund of overcharges made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that the City Clerk having
determined that certain errors in charges or overcharges
were made, does hereby order refunds to be made as set forth
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 15th day of April
by the following vote:
