CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION IN MEMORY
OF WILLIAM STEPHENSON.
WHEREAS, it has pleased Almighty God in His infinite
wisdom to remove from our midst William Stephenson, and
WHEREAS he was employed by the City of South San
Francisco from the 10th day of March, 1952 until his untimely
death on the 5th day of May, 1968, and
WHEREAS, said William Stephenson, as a loyal and faithful
public servant, contributed greatly, by untiring efforts,
to the upbuilding and improvement of the City of South San
Francisco;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that this City Council expresses
sympathy to the family and friends of William Stephenson and
records this resolution in the official records of the City
in respectful remembrance.
