CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF DECLARATION OF INTENTION
TO ESTABLISH A CULTURAL AND ARTS COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Council hereby makes this
declaration of intention to establish a Cultural and Arts
Commission proposed by Councilman Frank Mammini and to
set forth the membership composition, term of membership,
purpose and scope of the Commission together with other
matters related thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City'Council of the
