CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR STREET
AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES - WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Grant of Easement for Street and High-
way Purposes made by the South San Francisco Unified School
District, on April 29, 1968, wherein said District conveys
an easement for street and highway purposes over the parcel
therein described, is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is
authorized to record or cause said grant to be recorded in
the Official Records of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 20th day of May
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, Andrew Rocca
and Warren Steinkamp
