CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A MODIFICATION
TO SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, WEST PARK 1 AND 2
(PARCELS 1 AND 2).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that upon execution of the agreement by Developers
succeeding to the interests of Caesar Callan Homes, Inc.,
and the filing with City of the security and other documents as
in said agreement provided, the execution of the agreement
modifying the Supplemental Agreement - West Park 1 and 2
(Parcels 1 and 2) is hereby authorized and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said agreement for the City and City Clerk
attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a
