A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
LANDSCAPE IMPRO~NTS TO EL CAMINO
REAL MEDIAN ISLANDS.
~x~SOL%~D, by the City Council of the City of South
San Yranci$¢O, that
'~EREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and ~'~cL:~r~d on the 17th day of June , 19 68
for nme work to be done and the improvement to be made
described and specified:
Landscape Improvements to E1 Camino Real M~dian Islands,
Paradise Valley Park and Hickey Boulevard Extension;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
I. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the ~on~ract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials~ supplies and equipment~ecessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named in their bid to wit:
Rudolph tatson, Inc.
2. 'ina= the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make' ant cnzer into a written contracu with said successful
bidder, and ~he City Clerk of said City is hereby directed
attest his Signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
~he City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of ~he
~ity of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 17th day of June
