CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FROM ALBERT J. AND EVELYN A. MALATESTA--
MARTIN PARK IMPROVEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that'the grant of a parcel of property for
park and recreation purposes, described in that certain Grant
Deed from Albert J. and Evelyn A. Malatesta to the
City of South San Francisco, dated January 5, 1968,
is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to cause
said Grant Deed and this resolution to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 17th day of June
by the following vote:
