CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FROM PEDRO AND FLORA MASICLAT--
MARTIN PARK IMPROVEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that 'the grant of a parcel of property for
park and recreation purposes, described in that certain ~rant
Deed from Pedro and Flora Masiclat to the
City of South San Francisco, dated January 23, 1968,
is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to cause
said Grant Deed and this resolution to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of San Marco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a
meeting held on the i7th day of Jume
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, F. Frank
Mammini, Andrew Rocca and Warren Steinkaml~
