CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LEASE
BETWEEN STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
WORKS, DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS, AND CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, FOR A
PARCEL OF LAND - WEST SIDE OF AIRPORT BOULEVARD
AT COLMA CREEK, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of the lease dated the
27th day of February, 1968, between the State of California,
Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, and the
City of South San Francisco (file reference 4-SM-101 21.6,
Deed 151), is hereby authorized and the City Manager is
authorized to execute said lease and the City Clerk attest
his signature thereto.
