A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF TIME FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS PURSUANT TO AGREEMENT,
STREET AND SITE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS - SERVICE
STATION SITE IN WESTBOROUGH C-1 DISTRICT, AND
AGREEMENT, STREET AND SITE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS -
WESTBOROUGH SQUARE.

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that good cause having been shown, the
time for the construction and installation of improvements
set forth in Paragraph 7 of the Agreement, Street and Site
Public Improvements - Service Station Site in Westborough
C-1 District, entered into as of the 6th day of November,
1967, and the time for construction and installation of
improvements set forth in Paragraph 7 of the Agreement,
Street and Site Public Improvements - Westborough Square,
entered into as of the 5th day of September, 1967, be and
each is hereby extended to the 1st day of September, 1968.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that good cause having been shown,
the effective date set forth in Paragraph 1 of each of the
aforegoing agreements is hereby extended to September 1,
1968.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the lst day of July
by the following vote;
