A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PETITION
BELLE AIR ROAD STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco is the owner of a
parcel of property within the boundaries of a proposed assessment
district to'be formed for the purpose of the construction of
streets and street improvements, more particularly shown on a map
of the proposed assessment district entitled "Belle Air Road
Street Improvement Project Assessment District", on file in the
office of the City Clerk;
WHEREAS, a petition for said improvements is being circulated
among property owners within said boundaries, and in the opinion
of this Council the property of the City of South San Francisco
within said proposed district should bear its fair share of the
proposed costs and expenses of said project;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as
follows:
1. That the City execute the Petition for the Acquisition
and Construction of Improvements by Special Assessment and Assess-
ment Bond Acts and Waiver of Proceedings Under Division 4 of the
Streets and Highways Code, in form this date presented to this
Council, said execution to be effective as to all parcels of
property owned by the City within said proposed district.
2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said
petition on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is hereby
directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate
seal of the City°

duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 1st day of July, 1~8, by the following
votes
