A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1968 Lomitas Slope Stabilization
.RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San F~ancisco, that
~{EREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and puOlished botice, bids Were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 19th day of June , 1~..
for the woz-k :o be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified:
1968 Lomitas Slope Stabilization
.. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED aS follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, suppl%es and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsxbte bidder, at the unit pti-
ces named in their bid to wit:
Arthur "Buzz" Haskins
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make' and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attesU his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
o~alarly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at an ~tourn~d reaular
