A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1968 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, ~hat
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 2nd day of July , 19~m
for the work =o be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified:
1968 Street Improvement Project
NOW, ~.~EFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furni.~hing uhe materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, ~o the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named in gheir bid ~o wit:
L. C. Smith Company
2. T?.aa ~he Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make' and =nuer into a written contract with said successful
bidder; and The City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
gular'~y introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
~ity of South San Francisco at a regular
mee=ing~held on the 15th dayof July
1968, by =he following vote:
