A RESOLUTION AN[ENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4810,
ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO
ACQUIRE AND CONSTRUCT IMPROVE~NTS"
SOUTH AIRPORT BOULA~ABD FIBS SER~ZICE
ASSESSt4ENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that subparagraph (a) of
paragraph i of the resolution cited in the title, adopted
by this Council on March 4, 1968, is amended to read as
follows:
The construction of 12-inch water mains,
valves, hydrants, services and appurtenances
in:South Airport Boulevard from near Utah
Avenue southeasterly about Z490,feet, thence
easterly in a private road in easements to
be acquired hereinanadditiona[ 880 feet,
and thence northerly in easements to be
acquired herein an additional 145 fee~ more
or less."
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 15th day of 3uly, 1968, by the following
vote:
