A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION, CON-
VEYANCE, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF
A SYSTEM OF WATER SUPPLY FOR FIRE
PROTECTION
SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD FIRE SERVICE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that the City shall make and enter
into an agreement for the installation, conveyance, mainte-
nance and operation of a system of water supply for fire
protection with the California Water Service Company, in form
this day presented to this Council, and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City,
in duplicate, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to
attest his signature and to affix the corporate seal of the
City thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 15th day of 391y, 1968, by the following
vote:
