HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 4902-1968RESOLUTION NO. 4902 A RESOLUTION DESCRIBING PROPOSED MODIFICATION IN THE BOUNDARIES OF ASSESSMENT DIS2RICT AND OF INTENTION TO ORDER A MODIFICATION IN SAID BOUNDARIES CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that WHEREAS, on January 17, 1966, this Council adopted its Resolution No. 4356, A Resolution Describing Proposed Bounda- ries of Assessment District, Directing Filing of Map and Directing Recordation of Notice of Assessment, as subsequently modified, wherein the boundaries of the proposed assessment district to be formed pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 4236, adopted by said Council on June 28, 1965, were described by reference to a map on file in the office of the City Clerk; WHEREAS, said map, as approved by said Council, was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California, within fifteen days after the adoption of said resolution, as required by law; WHEREAS, it appears that certain changes should be made in said proposed boundaries; and WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has prepared a revised map .of the assessment district showing said changes; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS.0RDERED, as follows: lo That the proposed modification in the boundaries of the assessment district is hereby described by reference to the map of the assessment district, revised to include certain lands, identified as "Map Showing Boundaries of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial Park Unit No. 2", as revised August, 1968. 2. The City Clerk of this City is hereby directed to file said revised map with the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo forthwith. 5. This Council hereby expresses its intention to order a modification in the boundaries of the assessment district by adding said lands at its first meeting held at least ten days after the filing of~said revised map in the office of the County Recorder. NOES, ABSENT, " I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of August, 1968, by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J.
