A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
CABOT, ~CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. i
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, the owners of the property assessed in the proceed-
ings being conducted pursuant' to Resolution of Intention No.
3939, adopted by said Council on May 18, 1964, have requested
in writing certain changes in the proceedings and in the
Engineer's Report filed pursuant thereto, and the Engineer of
Work has prepared and filed a supplement to the Engineer's
Report describing said proposed changes;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that said supplement is
hereby approved and that said proceedings and the Engineer's
Report filed therein are hereby modified as set forth in said
supplement to the Engineer's Report on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was ~gularly
introduced and adopted by the City Comncil of the City of South
San Francisco at a regu~r meeting held on the 19-~ day of August,
1968, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahern, F. Frank
Mammini, Andrew RoCca, and Warren Steinka~p.
NOES, " None.
