CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISC£:, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION FIXING TEE TAX RATE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1968-69 - WEST PARK PARKS AND
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes
for the fiscal.~year 1968-69 for the WEST PARK PARKS AND
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT at One Dollar and Five Cents
($1.05) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of assessed
value of all real property in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy
of this Resolution to the County Auditor so that he may
compute and enter in the assessment book the tax rate of
One Dollar and Five Cents - - - ($ 1.05) per One Hundred Dollars
(~100.00) assessed value on the property enumerated and
assessed as being in said WEST PARK PARKS AND PARKWAYS MAIN-
TENANCE DISTRICT.
3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
by law.
I hereby certify that the forego'~ng resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
The City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular
meeting held this 26th day of A~ust , 19 68 ,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, F. Frank
Mazmini, Andrew Rocca, and Warren Steinka~.
NOES, " None.
