CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANC-_SCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF EASEMENT FROM
UTAH CONSTRUCTION AND MINING COMPANY, A DELAWARE
CORPORATION, FOR UNDERGROUND WATER LINES AND
PUBLIC UTILITIES, SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD FIRE SERVICE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Deed of Easemert dated August 9, 1968,
made by Utah Construction and Mining Company, a Delaware
corporation, to the City of South San Francisco, a municipal
corporation, wherein a non-exclusive easement for construc-
tion, repair and maintenance of underground water lines and
underground public utilities in the parcel described therein,
is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to cause
said Deed of Easement to be recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Marco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at an ~Jo~rned regular
meeting held on the 26th day of August
by the following vote'
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, F. Frank
Mammini, Andrew RoeCa, and Warren Steinka~.
