RESCLV£3, by the City Council of the City of South

WH~P~A£, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 3rd day of September , 19 68
for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified'
SOUTH SPRUCE AVENUE STORM DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
._ NOW, ~=~'~'~^~ IT IS ORDERED as follows-
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned~ and hereby
awards ~he contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing ~he materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named in their bid to wit:
McGuire & Hester
2. T~.a'C the P~yor of said City is hereby authorized to
make' and end, er into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and nhe City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attesn his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
