CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
ARCHITECT'S AGREEMENT WITH YUILL-THORNTON,
WARNER & LEVIKOW--SWIMMING POOL PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of the "Standard Form of
Agreement Between Owner and Architect ', by and between the
City of South San Francisco as owner and Yuill-Thornton,
Warner & Levikow, Inc., architects, wherein provision is
made for architectural services for the swimming pool project,
is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 3rd day of September , 19 68 ,
by the following vote'
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, F. Frank
Mammini, Andrew Rocca and Warren Steinkamp
