CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING REVISIONS
TO THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO INCORPORATE
THOSE FEE REVISIONS
WHEREAS, staff recommends modification to the Master Fee Schedule for 2011 -12
fiscal year as set forth in the staff report and exhibit "A" to this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the fees reflect the reasonable costs of providing the subject services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council hereby approves and adopts revisions to the Master Fee Schedule
to include fee amendments specified in the staff report and attached as exhibits hereto.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 12 day of
October 2011 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark Addiego, Pedro Gonzalez, and Karyl Matsumoto,
Vice Mayor Richard A. Garbarino and Mayor Kevin Mullin
NOES: None

PROPOSED MASTER FEE SCHEDULE CHANGES
FOR POLICE FY 2011 -2012
Police
1. Change: Permit Fee for a Tow Vehicle Company Operator: Initial Permit and Annual
Renewal - $125.00
2. Change: Permit Fee for a Tow Vehicle Operator Driver Permit and Five -Year Renewal -
$50.00 for each driver
3. Add: Tow Service Franchise Fee - $40 per vehicle (1st year of Franchise Agreement) /$45
per vehicle (2nd year) /$50 per vehicle (3rd year and beyond)
