A RESOLUTION ORDERING MODIFICATION IN THE
BOUNDARIES OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. i
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, this Council has heretofore expressed its
intention in Resolution No. 4901, adopted by this Council on
August 19, 1968, to order a modification in the boundaries of
the assessment district formed pursuant to Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 3939, adopted by this Council on May 18, 1964;
WHEREAS, all of the conditions and events set forth in
said Resolution 4901, as being prerequisite to the ordering
of said modification, have been fulfilled and have happened in
due time and form required by law, and this Council has acquired
Jurisdiction to order saidmodification;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that t?.e boundaries of said
assessment district are ~hereby modified to conform to the map
referred to in said Resolution ~901 on' file in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly l,ntro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the'City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 16th day of.SePtember, 1968, by the following vote:
