A RESOLUTION ORDERING MODIFICATION IN THE
BOUNDARIES OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, this Council has heretofore expressed its inten-
tion, in Resolution No. 4902, adopted by this Council on August 19,
1968, to order a modification in the boundaries of the assessment
district formed pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 4236,
adopted by this Council on June 28, 1965;
WHEREAS, all of the conditions and events set forth in
said Resolution No. 4902, as being prerequisite to the ordering
of said modification, have been fulfilled and have happened in
due time and form required by law, and this Council has acquired
Jurisdiction to order said modification;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the boundaries of said
assessment district are hereby modified to conform to the map
referred to in said Resolution No. 4902 on file in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo:
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 16th day of September, 1968, by th~ following vote:
