CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN INDENTURE WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC
COMPANY - SPRUCE AVENUE DRA-_N
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that execution of the indenture dated
the 16th clay of September , 19 68 , by and between
the Southern Pacific Co~>any, a corporation of the State of
Delawmre, and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal
corporation, wherein provision is made for the grant of an
easement to the City of South San Francisco to construct,
reconstruct, maintain and operate 12( lineal feet of
84-inch RCP storm drain pipeline across the properties
of the Southern Pacific Company on tf,e terms and conditions
contained in said indenture is hereby authorized and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute said indenture
on behalf of the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting
held on the
16th day of September , 19 68 , by
the following vote:
