CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANC2SCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A
REVOCABLE PERMIT FROM THE SAN FRANCISCO
WATER DEPARTMENT PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION
OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that acceptance of the revocable permit
from the San Francisco Water Departmert pursuant to resolution
of the Public Utilities Commission of the City of San Francisco,
wherein permit is given to the City of South San Francisco
to occupy and utilize the property or premises of the City
of San Francisco under the jurisdiction of the Water Depart-
ment described as a portion of the former Municipal Railway
right-of-way being Parcel 7 in deed from Market Street
Railway Company to the City dated and recorded September 29,
1944, and portion of the adjoining Parcel No. 25 as described
in deed from Spring Valley Water Company to City dated and
recorded March 3, 1930; said crossing being with South Spruce
Avenue, South San Francisco, is hereby authorized and the
Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is authorized to
accept and execute said permit on behalf of the City and
the City Clerk attest his signature tkereto.
