CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCD, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTISN OF A DEED
BY THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO TO SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO SCAVENGER COMPANY, A PARTNERSHIP.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of South San Francisco that
execution of the Grant Deed whereby the Sity of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, grants to the South San
Francisco Scavenger Company, a partnership, the parcel
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is the most westerly corner of
that certain 98.586 acre parcel of land conveyed by the
United State of America, acting by and through the War
Assets Administration to the San Francisco Bridge
Company, a corporation, organized and existing under
the laws of the State of California, by Deed dated
September 11, 1947 and recorded June 17, 1948 in Book
1479 Official Records of San Mateo County, page 476
(36962-H); thence from said point of 'beginning North
25° 27' 30" West 545.18 feet to the true point of
beginning, of the lands to be described herein;
thence from said TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING North 55° 00'
East 359.36 feet; thence South 45° 00' East 120.00
feet; thence South 55° 00' West 6q~-.-~8 feet; thence
North 25° 27' 30" West 121.68 feet to said TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING.

is hereby authorized and the Mayor and Mayor Pro Tem are
authorized to execute said Grant Deed on behalf of the City
and City Clerk attest their signatures thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting
held on the 16th day of
SeptemBer , 1968 , by ·
