CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF TIME
IN W~STBOROUGH SQUARE USE PERMIT (UP-39
AND A~NDMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that, good cause having been shown, the times
of performance as set forth in Paragraphs 1 and 7 of the
agreement entitled "Agreement, Street and Site Public Improve-
ments, Westborough Square", executed on the 5th day of
September, 1967, are hereby extended to November 16, 1968.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 16th day of September
by the following vote:
