CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT
FROM CAESAR~CALLAN .HOMES, INc., FOR THE TRAFFIC
SIGNALIZATION PROJECT AT~CALLAN ANDWESTBOROUGH
BOULEVARDS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized
to accept an easement from Caesar Callan Homes, Inc., as set forth
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the traffic signalization pro-
ject at Callan and Westborough. Boulevards, said easement to be
free and clear of all liens, taxes and encumbrances, except those
accepted by City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a
