A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
Specifications for Dreding Colma

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly ope.ned, examined
and declared on the 24th day of September , 1968
for the work t° be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified:
Specifications for Dredging Colma Creek and Tributaries -
1968 - Northwest 6 Dragline with 2-yard Bucket
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That .said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named in their bid to wit:
L. C. Smith Company
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make' and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoirg resolution was re-
gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 7th ~ay ct October
19.6.8 , by the following vote:
