CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANC-_SCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
REROOFING UPPER ELEVATION -
MAGNOLIA CENTER.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 17th day of September ,
for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified:
REROOFING UPPER ELEVATION - MAGNPLIA CENTER
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereb], reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned~ and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies anc equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named in their bid to wit:
;'.,WESTERN ROOFING SERVICE
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make' and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his szgnature and affix theretc the corporate seal of
the City.
