A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE
OF IMPRO~T BONDS
SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD FIRE S~CE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
1. The City Clerk of this City be, and he is hereby,
directed to call for bids for the sale of bonds to be issued
pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 4810, adopted by this
C..~X1 on March 4, 1968. The Notice of Sale, in form to be
prepared by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, shall be given by
said law firm causing copies thereof to be mailed to the
various banks and. bond houses interested ~_n the purchase 'of
such bonds at least ten (10) days before %he date of sale of
said bonds.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the law
firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, CalifOrnia,
unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings and
the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify ·that the foregoing resolution was regularly intrOduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of So2th San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 7th day of October, 1963, by the following votes
