~ P~.WASING AND PROVIDING FOR RSOO~ANCE OF

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that
1. The eE~cution of the agree~nt between GMT Investors, a
California limited partnership, end the City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, providing for the
release of Westborough Parcel 16 frc~ the terms of
"Agreement securing performance of a~reement of October 24,
1963 re: park-recreation, fire station and public library
sites in Westborough", ma~e June 5, ~967 and recorded in the
official records of San Mateo Couzty on June 19, 1967 -
volume 5322, pages 131 through 200; and reconveyance of
Parcel 16 pursuant to said agreement and the Seed of trust
ma~e June 19, 1967 and recorded in t~e official records of
San Mateo County on June 20, 1967 - -olume 5322, pages 685
through 688, is hereby authorized an&
2. The Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of the City and the City Clerk or his duly authorized deputy
is authorized to attest thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and a~opted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 7tk day of October, 1968,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCIIREN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patric2 E. Ahem, F..'Frank
