A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GP~/~T DEED FROM
GNT XF~ESTORS. A CALIFO~ LIMI~D PARTNERSHIP
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc£1 of the City of South
San Francisco that
1. The City Attorney be and he '-s hereby authorized
to accept for the City of So, th San Francisco, a
municipal corporation, a graft deed from GMT
Investors, a California limited partnership,
conveying to said City the parcels more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
2. The City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized
to execute a Gertificate of Acceptance as provided
for in 27281 of the Governmer`t Code of the State
of California, and to record said grant deed or
cause same to be recorded in the Office of the
Recorder of the county of Sar, Mateo, State of
California,

EXHIBIT "A"
DESCRIPTION
All that certain real property situate in the City of
South San Francisco, County of San Marco, State of California~
described as follows:
COMMENCING for reference at'the Monument in the intersection
of the centerline of Limerick Boulevard (known as Gellert
Boulevard) with the centerline of Cork Court (known as
Kenry Way East), as shown on that certain Map entitled
"Tract No. 817, Westborough Unit No. 3, San Marco County,
California" filed in the Office of the Recorder of the
County of San Mateo, State of California on November 21,
1963 in Book 59 of Maps, at Pages 16 and 17; thence along
the northeasterly prolongation of said centerline of Cork
Court (Kenry Way East) North 25° 40' East 240600. feet;
northwesterly from a tangent bearing North 64 20'-West,
on the arc of a curve to the right with a radius of 130.00
feet, subtending a central angle of 39° 00', an arc dis-
tance of 88°49 feet to a point of reverse curvature and
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence 'from said TRUE POINT'
OF BEGINNING northwesterly, from a tangent bearing North
25° 20' West, on the arc of a curve to the left with a
radius of 450.00 .feet, subtending a central angle of
30° 50', an arc distance of 242.16 feet; North 26° 00'
East 295.00 feet; North 70° 00' West 580.27 feet to a point
in proposed southeasterly line of access from Westborough
Boulevard to proposed Junipero Serra Freeway; thence along
said line North 69v 18' 46" East 218.20 feet; tangent to
the last said course, on the arc of a curve to the right
with a radius of 250.02 feet, subtendirg a central angle
of 53° 05' 58", an arc distance of 231.71 feet to a point
in proposed southwesterly line of Junipero Serra Freeway
Right-of-Way; thence along said southwesterly line South
57u 35' 16" East 389.92 feet'to an angle point thereof;
thence continuing along said Freeway line and its
westerly prolongation which is the southwesterly line of
proposed Slope Easement for said Junipero Serra Freeway
South 24° 58' 24" East 201.19 feet;' thence leaving said
Easement line South 26° 00' West 95.07 feet; South 10 30'
East 290.00 feet; westerly, from a tangent bearing North
89° 52' West on the ~rc of a curve to the left with a
radius of 850.00 feet, subtending a cer~tral angle of
6° 52', an arc distance of 101.87 feet to a point of
reverse curvature; westerly from a tangent bearing South
83° 16' West, on the arc of a curve to the right with
a radius of 130.00 feet, subtending a ~entral angle of
71° 24' an arc distance of 162.00 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING.
