A KESOL~0N AUTHORIZING EF~ INSTKUCTIONS~
DE~S OF RECONVEYANCE, AND ~.~ES -
W~S~R~H PARCEL 1~
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that
1. The City Attorney be and he is hereb7 authorized to execute
releases of agreement, request for deeds of reconveyance,
escrow instructions, and other authorizations as set forth
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, with respect to the sale
of property situated in the City of South San Francisco,
County of San Mateo, State of California, designated as
"Parcel 16" in the agreement between GMT Investors, a
California limited partnership, and ~he City of 'South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, execution of which was
authorized by Resolution No. 4968 passed on October 7, 19~8.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 7t~ day of October, 1968,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, F. Frank
Mammini, Andrew Rocca, and Warren Steinkamp.
NOES, " None ·
ABSENT, " None.

1. Request for full reconve~yance of the parcel described;
~. ~ele&se fro~terms of SecurityA~u~ement: A release of
parcel described from the terms and provisions of the
agreement recorded on June 19, 1967 in the official
records of San Mateo County, volume 5322, pages 131
through 200, the same being an agreement between Caesar
Callan Inc., Michael Callan, Thomas Callan, and Joseph
Caesar, as individuals, and the Ci~-of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation;
3. Escrow instructions and authorization: Execution and
issuance of escrow instructions and authorizations by the
the City Attorney necessary to carry, out the provisions of
the agreement between ~MT Investors, a California limited
partnership, and the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation, which agreement is described in
this resolution.
