A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD FIRE SERVICE
ASSESSNENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San

Francisco, California, that

EEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 4810,
adopted by this Council on March 4, 1968, and its Resolution
calling for bids on the sale of bonds p'Arsuant thereto, adopted
on October 7, 1968, notice of said sale has been duly given;
WHEREAS, said bids have been received by the City Clerk,
as fixed in said notice, and have been publicly opened,
examined and declared, and have been referred to this Council
for consideration; and
WHEREAS,. this is th~ time and place fixed in said notice

for considering the bids for the purchase of said bonds;
NOW,. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of
said bonds, excepting th· .bid herein st&ted, be, and they
are hereby,· rejected, and that said bonds be, and they are
hereby ordered sold to Karne¥ Barberian ,
as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be
subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the
Notice of Sale of said bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby
directed to have said bonds printed forthwith, and that the
same be immediately signed, sealed and delivered to said
bidder on receipt of the amount therefor and upon the per-
formance of the conditions contained in Said written offer.
3. That the interest 'rate of sai~ bonds be, and the
same is hereby fixed at the rate stated in said bid.
I hereby certify that the foregeing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of Octoberm 1968m by the
following votes
