CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANClSCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
CORPORATION YARD ROOF RECOS'STRUCTION
RESOLVED, by the City Council of lthe City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 21st day of October , 1968 ,
for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified:
CORPORATION YARD ROOF RECONSTRUCTION,
NOW,~ THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as ifollows:
1. That said Council does hereb~ reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and
hereby orders the contract for doing the work and improvements
and furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment neces-
sary therefor, stand awarded to the lowest responsible bidder
upon said bidder's establishing to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works that the performance of all work
shall be done by duly-qualified licensees, at the unit prices
named in their bid, to wit:

2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed
to attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal
of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by t[.e City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 21st day of October ,
