A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER TO SAN
MATEO COUNTY AREA COUNCIL, B:)Y SCOUTS OF
AMERICA, A CORPORATION, ClTY~'S INTEREST
IN VESSEL CF 0502 XC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that all of City's right, title and interest
in and to the Churchward 25'10" Steelcraft vessel registered
as CF 0502 XC with the State of California Department of
ltarbors and Watercraft, be transferredl, set over and assigned
without consideration to San l~teo County Area Council, Boy
Scouts of America, a corporation in "as is" condition and
without warranty express or implied,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the C~ty Clerk is authorized
to execute any and all documents necessary to make said trans-
fer to said Transferees and file the n
the State of California Department of
mcessary documents with
~tarbors and Watercraft.
