CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
PROVIDING FOR THE REPAIR AND RECONSTRUCTION OF
DEFECTS, WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD, AS RELATED TO
THE WESTBOROUGH SQUARE PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED by'the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the agreement entitled "Agreement, Supplement
to 'Agreement, Street and Site Public ImProvements - Westborough
Square' and 'Agreement, Street and Site Public Improvements -
Service Station Site in Westborough C-1 District'", providing
for the reconstruction and repair of defects occurring in the
portion of Westborough Boulevard related to the Westborough
Square project by Freeman-Sondgroth ConStruction Company, and
the filing of a surety bond to secure said performance is hereby
authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his signature
thereto.
