A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS
RELATED TO SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, WEST PARK
UNITS 1 AND 2, TRACTS G AND H.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the City Attorney be and he is hereby
authorized to execute escrow instructions to carry out the
terms of the Agreement between City, Caesar Callan Homes,
Inc., et al, entered into the 4th day of November ,
19 6__8, for West Park Units 1 .and 2 (Tracts G and H).
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
